Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

  • Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at orders@teeuno.in with a short video of the product within 72 hours of receiving the item. 
  • We do not offer free returns and exchanges therefore the customer is responsible for postage costs regarding returns and exchanges.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges request for any modification in order for size or colour. Please review size chart & colour before ordering. (Note: Colour/s will be visually different on different screens.)
  • Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
  • Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to customer (at customers cost). If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 72 hours of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame.
  • We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 

(1) the product/s are returned after use or are unsellable

(2) the product/s are damaged

  • The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on orders@teeuno.in on the same email thread. 
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days. 
  • If you have received a defective product, share images/video at orders@teeuno.in and we will get back to you within 48 hours
  • Exchange can be done on the same product only once.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a site-only redeemable voucher*.

  • The site-only redeemable voucher is valid till 1 month from the date of issue. 
  • Our returns policy does not allow direct monetary refunds.

 * In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of site-only redeemable voucher.

We will not be responsible if you do not follow the wash care guide and the print gets washed off or faded. Please refer to the wash care instructions mentioned in the care label/tag.

PLEASE DO NOT USE BLEACH AT ALL.
